Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship both locally within Australia and Internationally to most countries.

How long does shipping take?

Standard local shipping takes 5-8 days via Australia Post and express shipping takes 1-3 days. Shipping internationally can take up to 45 days but is mostly delivered within 3 weeks from shipping.

Processing time varies as many items are handmade. If in stock processing time takes 1-7 days. If preorder, the processing time will be specified at time of ordering.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your email following order fulfilment. You can also track via your account on our website or through the Shop app.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Earrings and soaps are personal use items and can not be returned for exchange or due to change of mind. Other items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery however all postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser including return costs and shipping of a new item. If an item is damaged please contact us via the contact page for assistance.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return is approved via email, we will wait for it to be in our possession before processing a return or sending new items. The time this takes varies especially if a new item needs to be made, but it will be processed was quickly as possible.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Earrings and soaps can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Any other items can be returned and exchanged if the purchaser agrees to pay all postage costs.

Are all your items handmade or designed?

Yes, all of our products are either handmade in house or designed and manufactured. Manufactured products are done so by sourcing from ethical factories.
