We carefully pack and dispatch all orders from our studio in South Australia.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.  Preorder times will be communicated at time of preorder.

Shipping across Australia varies according to weight, however we offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD

🌏 International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping worldwide.

International Shipping is a flat rate of $30 AUD with FREE international shipping for orders over $150 AUD.

All international orders are sent via tracked postal services where available.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Typically 7–30 business days, depending on your location.  Some locations may take up to 45 days.

• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. As many of our products are handmade, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.

Returns Policy

We welcome any returns within 30 days of delivery.  All postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser for any changes of mind.  Earrings and soaps are unable to be returned due to hygiene.
